Special orders are welcome but will require payment in advance.  This is because I frequently have to order materials that I don't keep on hand.  I have also had people change their mind and never pick the order up.  These items are difficult to sell since they were created for a specific person with unique styles, color combinations and sizes. 

Cash refunds are not available. If something breaks due to something I did, contact me and I will repair or replace the item.  If a piece of jewelry breaks, I will charge you my standard repair rate as long as you return all the pieces.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on actual cost plus $1.00.  I will reuse boxes and packing materials as much as possible in order to keep the cost down. Local delivery charges are based on miles driven. There is no charge for delivery if it is not out of the way to drop your purchase off or if you pick it up.  Sales tax is added to purchases in Texas.

These orders will qualify for a 25% discount.  Minimum order of $200 after discount required for Wholesale pricing.

A current Tax ID for Resale certificate is required for a tax exempt sales.

Returns accepted for 30 days less 10% restocking fee if returned in the original condition.  The jewelry must not have been worn and pet treats unbroken and packages clean.
